Is Sales Desk free?

Sales Desk is not an open-source solution, but we do offer a free trial to make sure you meet the needs of all your businesses. we have created a free 7-day trial. If you are interested, we can offer you a live demo. 

Is my data safe?

SalesDesk ensures that your confidential data is safe, secure and backed up. We understand that we have a great responsibility to protect customer data, and our internal policies and procedures reflect this.

Does Sales Desk support multiple languages?

Absolutely! Sales Desk supports over 30 languages and provides a framework for adding more. As a truly global CRM, we provide a language pack framework that allows developers to create support for any language in displaying UI tags.

Can you help me get Started?

All our customer’s are helped to get started: it may be possible to process, adapt the system to your needs, or integrate with accounting systems. As a new customer, you have 2 hours of free support and you can always buy overtime at a low price.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

You can update your subscription immediately. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at the end of the subscription. To change your subscription, click “Plan and Billing” in your new seller account.

My data is in another system, what about them?

We help you import your data into the system as part of free two-hour consultation support for all new customers. In some cases, we just need to show you how to do it, and in other cases, we also help you get data from other systems.
